The green scare

It’s astonishing what makes the definition of a terrorist. Some folks do believe there are people like eco-terrorists and declare a green scare. But beeing scared of in this way is something to be proud of! Only some people make the first step in seeing what goes wrong with the world, politics, and environment around them.

Be scared!

The world today is much far away from the world I knew.

Life is sound and we are all free.
But everything will has its fee.

People are dying in senseless wars for freedom,
they are told but that’s wrong we should know

The world we live in is fallen apart,
but there no is time for changing our part.

A melting glacier is the tittle-tattle of today.
The drought in Spain is far away.

The birds are strange this year , but no one cares
its a nice bird from far away.

But stop I have to go there ’s strictly dancing on BBC 4.
I change when time will say, but not today.

Oh dear, how will be the world we stay?

One more step to reducing energy consumption: If you don’t need it, turn it off! Most modern devices have no switch at all. The EU plans to control the maximum power consumption for those devices and tries to keep them below 1W. There are even plans to disallow the stand-by mode at all.

The pace of desaster is speeding up, but the human reaction is slow as ever. So what should the local political leaders do? In this case in a small town in germany with about 78000 people they will order you to be green. With a full selection of red tape – remember, this is germany – today might start a new era. With the votes of the left wing, the even more left wing and the green party, a new law will be created. Every roof in this town has to get a solar powered equipment for getting hot water. Only Spain and Israel have some similar law.

Not very astonishing the first voices raise against this. And one of them is an association of fuel sellers, Do they realy fear their oil becomes rancid?
